My job as lead creative on innovation product launches at Tillamook meant that I was involved from start-to-finish. I joined food scientists to taste-test new flavors for ice cream, yogurt and more. At the same time, I’d fine tune product strategy with category leaders, conduct research, present to executive leadership, partner with our packaging engineers to design packaging structure, and simultaneously write strategic briefs for design, copywriting and photography. To support our sales teams, I’d manage the design of materials for sell-in, then create visual centers that designers, agencies and marketing teams followed for campaigns supporting product launch.
